Bodywork and Cryotherapy Treatment
Sadie Henderson is offering an hour and a half treatment for one horse within a 50 miles radius of Lambourn.
This will include an examination on posture and movement followed by a full body Cryotherapy treatment and bodywork.
If you are wondering what Cryotherapy is it is a type of cold therapy. A machine that’s uses CO2 gas coming out at -85° to quickly cool the targeted area to around 4°. When the body hits this target it goes into thermal shock with rushes the blood to the targeted area opening up the vessel by 4x the normal size allowing the body to heal faster. It’s brilliant for recovery from strenuous exercise, tendon/ligament injuries, muscle spasms, muscle damage, skin conditions, arthritis, provides pain relief, flushes toxins out of the body quicker (lactic acid) and much more! Alongside bodywork your horse will feel amazing!
